Get ready for Portland’s Active April event: ‘Fitness by the Sea’, from 2nd to 30th April.
Events are free, and are the perfect way to kick start your 30 minutes of daily physical activity.
The sessions are provided by local groups including FLOW Yoga, Brenda’s Functional Fitness, PH@HOME, YMCA, Wednesday Walking Group and Portland Parkrun.
From 16th to 20th April, activities will be available at the Portland Foreshore, near the skate park. Other events are at community venues.
